Role :

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for lead generation, account management, and sales in the IT industry. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and prompt issue resolution.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for growth.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Sales Operations:

  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Close sales agreements and ensure smooth handover to the implementation team.
  • Monitor the implementation process to ensure client expectations are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
