Role :

We are seeking an innovative and skilled AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions. The AI Engineer will play a crucial role in designing and deploying AI models and systems that support our business objectives, enhance user experience, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, along with hands-on experience in building and deploying models in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. AI Model Development

    • Research, design, and develop machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
    • Implement and fine-tune algorithms for supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
    • Create deep learning models for computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and recommendation systems.

  2. Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering

    • Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to prepare datasets for model training.
    • Perform feature engineering and data transformation techniques to optimize model performance.
    • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipelines.

  3. Model Training, Evaluation, and Tuning

    • Train and evaluate models to assess performance using metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score.
    • Perform hyperparameter tuning and model optimization to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
    • Conduct model validation and testing to ensure reliability and robustness.

  4. Deployment and Monitoring

    • Deploy models into production using platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or on-premise environments.
    • Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
    • Monitor and maintain models post-deployment, ensuring continued accuracy and effectiveness.

  5. Collaborative Development

    • Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to align AI solutions with overall project goals.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
    • Document processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

  6. Research and Innovation

    • Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and methodologies.
    • Experiment with new algorithms, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation.
    • Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to explore new AI capabilities and identify potential use cases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in machine learning and deep learning with hands-on experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Strong programming skills in Python; experience with libraries such as Scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and model deployment methods.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of big data processing tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
  • Experience with MLOps tools and practices.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and work in a distributed computing environment.
  • Understanding of model interpretability and ethical considerations in AI.
